Warranty

All of our products come with a full 2 years replacement-parts warranty. If on a very rare occasion a problem does arise, please contact our friendly support team via telephone and we will gladly assist you with your query. We usually stock the replacement parts so if a part is required we will ship out the necessary part the next day via DPD.

Returns

All our items come with a 7 day return policy upon receipt. If there is no fault found on inspection upon return of the item, you will still be fully refunded. The customer will not be responsible to pay the return charge for the item.
